At our headquarters in Ettlingen, the business areas ETTLIN Textiles and ETTLIN Smart Materials cover all disciplines in the development and production of technically sophisticated textiles. Our factory is one of the most modern in Europe. Other locations are SWU Special Yarns GmbH & Co. KG in Waldkirch and SWU Technical Fabrics GmbH & Co. KG located in Uhingen. 

In addition, our business area ETTLIN Immobilien features a high number of residential and commercial properties in Karlsruhe and Berlin including the business park Albtal in Ettlingen with about 124,000 m² of office, production and warehouse space as well as the business park Marienfelde in Berlin with an effective space of about 60,000 m².
