This is also what we stand for

Family and career

The compatibility of family and working life is important to us. Our employees can only be motivated in the long term and can achieve the best results for our company if the relationship between work and family/leisure time is balanced. That's why we offer working time models depending on the position, which allow a positive work-life balance.

Environment protection

Our own power station to generate electricity, utilisation of waste heat from our production for heating, and underfloor heating supplied with the water from the Alb: These are only three of our numerous large and small efforts for a sustainable treatment of the resources available to us. At our headquarters in Ettlingen, our company-owned power station also generates electricity for the neighbouring business park Albtal depending on the time of year. Furthermore, we don't just dispose of waste, we recycle it properly. For example, another company produces banknotes from our cotton wool waste.

Further training

We challenge and support the personal and professional development of our employees and continuously offer individual seminars and further training for individual persons or smaller groups.

Committed to labour contracts

Our businesses are largely tied to labour contracts. An employee representation (works council) and the typical benefits such as Christmas bonus, holiday pay and capital-forming payments are of course part of this.

Pension

We support the company pension scheme with an additional payment and capital-forming payments.

Good transport connections

Our locations can be reached easily with public transport and some even have their own stop. Visitors of our Ettlingen location please use the stop "Bahnhof Busenbach" (not "Spinnerei").

Parking

A large number of free car parks are available at all three locations. Many of them are directly at the entrances.
